1. Qué hacemos
Multiversa Group LLC es una consultora que fusiona branding, negocio y tecnología. Diseñamos soluciones con IA para mejorar la operatividad de los negocios de nuestros clientes, bajo una premisa fija: la IA propone y una persona decide. Trabajamos en las modalidades acordadas en cada propuesta (Pasaporte de Contexto, Slot puntual o Slot de mayor alcance).
2. Tus cuentas, tus datos
Siempre que es posible trabajamos dentro de cuentas que son del cliente (por ejemplo, Google Workspace). Los sistemas, configuraciones y automatizaciones que construimos se instalan en esas cuentas, según el alcance acordado.
3. Multiversa Connector
Multiversa Connector es la aplicación con la que un cliente autoriza a sus sistemas a usar Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets y Google Calendar. Solo se usa con autorización expresa del titular de la cuenta, solo para el flujo contratado y según nuestra Política de Privacidad. El cliente puede revocar el acceso en cualquier momento desde myaccount.google.com/permissions; al hacerlo, las funciones que dependen de Google dejan de ejecutarse.
El cliente se compromete a usar el sistema conforme a la ley y a las políticas de Google, y a contar con el permiso de las personas cuyos datos procesa (por ejemplo, sus propios clientes que suben documentos).
4. Propiedad de los entregables
Una vez pagada la modalidad contratada, los entregables específicos del proyecto (configuraciones, guías de operación y software a medida) pasan a ser del cliente, para que pueda operar sin depender de nosotros.
5. Precios y pagos
Las tarifas publicadas son orientativas y se confirman según el alcance. Los métodos de pago se acuerdan en la propuesta antes de empezar el trabajo.
6. Límites
No prometemos resultados financieros, ROI ni automatización total. Cada sistema se prueba con el cliente antes de ampliarse. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita al importe pagado por el servicio que dio origen al reclamo.

1. What we do
Multiversa Group LLC is a consultancy that brings together branding, business, and technology. We design AI solutions to improve how our clients' businesses run, with one fixed rule: AI proposes and a person decides. We work under the modalities agreed in each proposal (Context Passport, single Slot, or larger-scope Slot).
2. Your accounts, your data
Whenever possible we work inside accounts owned by the client (for example, Google Workspace). The systems, configurations, and automations we build are installed in those accounts, according to the agreed scope.
3. Multiversa Connector
Multiversa Connector is the application a client uses to authorize their systems to use Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. It is used only with the account owner's explicit authorization, only for the contracted flow, and as described in our Privacy Policy. The client may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; once revoked, features that depend on Google stop running.
The client agrees to use the system lawfully and in line with Google's policies, and to have the permission of the people whose data they process (for example, their own customers who upload documents).
4. Ownership of deliverables
Once the contracted modality is paid, project-specific deliverables (configurations, operating guides, and custom software) belong to the client, so they can operate without depending on us.
5. Pricing and payment
Published rates are indicative and confirmed according to scope. Payment methods are agreed in the proposal before work begins.
6. Limits
We do not promise financial results, ROI, or full automation. Each system is tested with the client before it is expanded. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
